We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and discreet
Executive Assistant
to support our Director in managing day-to-day operations, meetings, communications, and strategic priorities. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
Track and follow up on action items and deadlines on behalf of the Director.
Manage internal communications and support departmental coordination.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed (optional, if part of the role).
Coordinate meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure timely circulation and follow-ups.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and business matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace or scheduling software is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure.
Strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
