Executive Assistant

to support our leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Responsibilities:

Communication Management

: Handle phone calls and emails from clients and vendors on behalf of the directors, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Record Keeping

: Maintain and organize various records and documents for the directors, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Calendar Management

: Manage and coordinate the directors' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and events.

Travel and Accommodation

: Arrange travel itineraries and accommodation for the directors, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Research and Documentation

: Conduct research and prepare documentation as required by the directors to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Drafting Communications

: Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the directors or the company, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Email Prioritization

: Prioritize incoming emails and respond as necessary, flagging important issues for the directors' attention.

Information Flow

: Manage the flow of information in a timely manner to ensure that the directors are kept informed and prepared.

Work Delegation

: Delegate tasks and responsibilities among staff as needed to ensure effective workflow and completion of projects.

Data Security

: Secure sensitive information by completing database backups and ensuring data protection protocols are followed.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree, preferably in B.Com or English Honours.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Word.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Demonstrated computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Experience : Fresher/ Experienced

Preferred :Female Candidates
