We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to senior leadership.
The role requires excellent communication, time management, confidentiality, and multi-tasking skills
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Calendar Management
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings.
Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action points.
Communication & Coordination
Act as the point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
Draft emails, reports, presentations, and communication material.
Maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Office & Documentation
Manage documents, files, and records.
Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and approvals.
Maintain accurate databases and logs.
Travel & Logistics
Plan/local & international travel, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings.
Project Assistance
Support leadership in special projects, research, and data collection.
Prepare business summaries, dashboards, and reports.
Track project timelines and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management
Liaise with vendors, partners, and business associates.
Maintain positive professional relationships.
