Role Overview



The

Client Relationship Manager

will serve as a key liaison between the company's leadership, clients, and internal teams. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining consistent and effective communication with existing and prospective client SPOCs, managing correspondence from the Director's desk, and overseeing administrative operations for internal and regional employees. This role demands excellent interpersonal, coordination, and multitasking skills with a strong orientation toward client satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship Management



Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication and relationship management. Maintain regular touchpoints with client SPOCs to ensure service satisfaction, timely feedback, and issue resolution. Support business development by nurturing prospective client relationships and sharing service capability information. Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of client mandates. Track and report client engagement metrics, feedback, and relationship health to senior management. Assist in client meetings, presentations, and reviews--preparing necessary decks, MIS reports, and documentation.

2. Director's Desk Coordination



Manage all outbound and inbound communications on behalf of the Director - including emails, calls, meeting scheduling, and official correspondence. Prepare and circulate Director's meeting notes, MOMs, and follow-up trackers. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute directives and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Represent the Director in client or internal meetings, where appropriate, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

3. Administration & Internal Coordination



Oversee administrative activities for internal and regional employees, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies. Liaise with HR, Accounts, and Operations for employee travel, reimbursements, attendance, and facility requirements. Maintain administrative documentation, travel itineraries, expense reports, and related MIS. Support planning and execution of leadership engagement initiatives, town halls, and regional visits. Assist in vendor coordination, procurement, and logistics management for internal functions or events.

4. Leadership & Cross-Functional Engagement



Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align client servicing priorities and administrative goals. Facilitate coordination between the Director's office and department heads for project tracking, review meetings, and updates. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal communication channels and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience



Education:

Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred). An MBA or PG in HR/Operations is an advantage.

Experience:

5-8 years of experience in Client Servicing / Key Account Management / Operations Coordination, preferably in the

Staffing, Recruitment, or HR Services industry.

Proven track record of managing client communications and leadership-level coordination. Strong exposure to administration, travel management, and employee engagement activities.

Key Skills & Competencies



Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Regional Languages). Strong relationship management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional maturity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information. Willingness to travel extensively within India as part of client and regional engagement. High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
