The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as the right hand to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring seamless coordination of daily operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level communications. This role demands discretion, agility, and exceptional organizational skills to support the MD in driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Travel Management
Organize and maintain the MD's schedule, appointments, and travel logistics.
Prioritize meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
Communication & Liaison
Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Meeting Coordination
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items for executive meetings.
Ensure all materials are ready for board and leadership meetings.
Project & Initiative Support
Assist in the execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality across all communications and documentation.
Office & Administrative Oversight
Manage documentation, filing systems, and office protocols.
Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment with MD's directives.
