Manage and coordinate the MD's schedule, including meetings, travel plans, and appointments.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and other communications.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Meeting & Event Coordination
Organize and attend executive meetings; take minutes and follow up on action items.
Plan and coordinate internal and external events involving the MD's office.
Ensure relevant documentation and briefing materials are prepared in advance.
Liaison & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal departments, board members, government agencies, and external partners.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Project & Task Management
Track and support the execution of strategic initiatives from the MD's office.
Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and performance indicators for key projects.
Conduct research and prepare background materials as needed.
Office Oversight
Oversee the smooth running of the MD's office including supplies, filing systems, and logistics.
Coordinate administrative support staff working in or with the MD's office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Office Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar executive support role, preferably in a high-level public or corporate office.
Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
