. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting senior leadership and proven experience in preparing business reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Prepare, review, and analyze business and management reports.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Track ongoing projects and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Assist in preparing presentations and key documents for meetings and reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
Minimum 6-8 years of experience
as an Executive Assistant supporting top management or C-suite executives.
Strong business reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Professional attitude and the ability to work independently.
