The Personal Corporate Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient handling of confidential and strategic matters. This role requires discretion, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of corporate governance and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Support
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, travel, and events.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for board meetings and executive sessions.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion.
Travel & Event Coordination
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Plan and manage corporate events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
Corporate Governance
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with regulatory authorities (e.g., ROC, MCA).
- Maintain records of board resolutions, shareholder meetings, and compliance registers.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and legal requirements.
Communication & Liaison
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and review official communications, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, HR, and other departments for cross-functional tasks.
Administrative Management
- Organize and maintain corporate records, contracts, and confidential files.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of reports and filings.
- Support in project coordination and tracking of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree/Master Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field (Company Secretary certification preferred).
- Min-3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, governance, and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with government liaison and industry events.
- Multilingual abilities (Tamil, English, Hindi, Marathi) are a plus.
