Role & responsibilities
Master the Chairmans Calendar:
Prioritize and manage appointments, meetings, and travel, ensuring every moment counts.
Be the Communication Gatekeeper:
Screen emails, highlight key messages, respond as directed, and keep correspondence impeccably organized.
Craft Professional Correspondence:
Transcribe dictations, draft letters, reminders, and official communications with precision and confidentiality.
Build & Leverage Networks:
Maintain a dynamic database of key contacts and support strategic outreach and business development.
Drive Digital & Social Presence:
Manage critical networking platforms like LinkedIn and Alumni accounts to enhance professional engagement.
Prepare Impactful Presentations & Reports:
Collaborate with departments to gather data, analyze, and present insights that support decision-making.
Coordinate Across Teams:
Liaise with Department Heads and clients to ensure smooth task completion and follow-up.
Support High-Level Meetings:
Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure timely execution.
Organize Executive Travel & Events:
Arrange all logistics for the Chairman, guests, and team leaders, and plan special events and functions.
Safeguard Confidential Documents:
Manage sensitive agreements, investment deals, and official records with utmost care.
Handle Daily Operations:
From managing calls and messages to coordinating with drivers and residential needs you keep everything running smoothly.
Provide Timely Updates:
Deliver regular progress reports to leadership and HR, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, preferably in healthcare or large organizations.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with MS Office, email, calendar tools, and digital platforms.
Absolute discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
