Job Description

We are looking An Executive Assistant to Managing Director only female candidate required for Siliguri location.

v Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

Managing calendars: scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.

Organizing and preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

Handling confidential information with discretion.

Filtering and responding to emails and correspondence.

2. Meeting & Event Coordination:

Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings.

Taking and distributing minutes of meetings.

3. Communication Management:

Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading official communications.

Coordinating with departments, clients, and vendors.

v Skills Required:

Discretion and confidentiality

Excellent communication (written and verbal)

Organization and time management

Problem-solving ability

Pro-activeness and adaptability

MS Office

Google Sheet

v Qualification:

Graduate with minimum

3

years' experience as an Executive Assistance to Managing Director.
