1. Administrative Support:
Managing calendars: scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Organizing and preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Handling confidential information with discretion.
Filtering and responding to emails and correspondence.
2. Meeting & Event Coordination:
Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings.
Taking and distributing minutes of meetings.
3. Communication Management:
Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading official communications.
Coordinating with departments, clients, and vendors.
