Profile - Executive Assistant
Qualification - BBA/MBA/B.Com
Experience - 5 to 10 years
Pre-Requisities -
1. Good experience in administrative or executive support roles.
2. Proven track record of managing complex schedules, stakeholder communication and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate logistics across time zones
Facilitate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive
Draft, proofread and manage confidential correspondence, reports and presentations
organize domestic and international travel, including intineraries and expense reconciliation
Prepare briefing materials and agendas for meetings, board sessions and stakeholder engagements
Track key deliverables follow up on action items and ensure timely execution
Liaies with cross-functional teams and external partners to support strategic initiative
Maintain records, database and filling systems with precision and confidentiality
Support event planning, executive offsites and corporate functions
Act as a trusted representative for the executive office
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Skills -

Ability to anticipate executive needs and act proactively
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
