Job Description

Position Summary An Executive Assistant provides comprehensive, high-level administrative support to senior leadership--such as the CEO or executive team--ensuring seamless operations, managing schedules, and safeguarding confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities o



Calendar, Meeting & Travel Management Handle scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, conferences, and travel. Arrange detailed itineraries including flights, hotels, domestic/international transportation, and necessary documentation such as visas.

Communication & Correspondence Filter and manage incoming communications (emails, calls, messages), draft and proofread outgoing correspondence, and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate. Reports, Documents & Presentations Prepare, edit, and present meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and other documentation; conduct research and summarize findings as needed. Confidentiality & Discretion Handle sensitive information (e.g., strategic plans, financial data, personal details) with utmost care and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Office & Project Coordination Support special projects and events (internal or external), manage logistics, liaison with vendors, and ensure smooth execution of corporate functions Expense & Administrative Management Process expense reports, track expenditures, handle office supplies, maintain filing and document systems, and support clerical needs including copying, scanning, and data entry Act as Liaison Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal teams, clients, vendors, or stakeholders.

Requirements:



3 years as an Executive or Senior Administrative Assistant Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools Excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills Discretion, flexibility, and a problem-solving attitude Bachelor's degree appreciated (optional)

Skills & Qualifications Required



Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a knack for multitasking and meeting tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including clarity and attention to detail High proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and video conferencing or task-management software Discretion, reliability, and professionalism when working with sensitive or confidential information. Problem-solving mindset, flexibility, and adaptability to evolving tasks.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
