Job Description

Communication & Representation



Draft and respond to emails, messages, and business correspondence on behalf of the MD.

Screen and manage incoming calls, meeting requests, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Represent the MD in preliminary discussions and ensure timely communication flow across departments.

Calendar, Travel & Meeting Management



Manage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and handle travel logistics and itineraries.

Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all pre-read materials, agendas, and follow-ups are handled.

Business Coordination & Follow-ups



Coordinate cross-functional updates and ensure follow-through on action items discussed in meetings.

Assist in reviewing documents, reports, and presentations before submission to the MD.

Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.

Strategic & Administrative Support



Help prioritise and filter tasks for the MD to ensure strategic focus and time efficiency.

Act as a bridge between the MD and senior leadership, clients, and partners.

Provide administrative support including minutes of meetings, documentation, filing, and task tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
