Position Title- Executive Assistant to Managing Director (MD)
Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure smooth functioning of the MD's office. This role requires exceptional communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant acts as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, record minutes, and track action points.
Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Assist in project follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
5-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership or top management.
Experience in a corporate, construction, infrastructure, or project-based organization is an advantage.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
