Executive & Strategic Support
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage executive calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities with a strategic understanding of business goals.
Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, and dashboards related to real estate operations and performance.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.
Real Estate Operations Support
Assist with property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development activities.
Coordinate due diligence processes, including documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Track key real estate transactions, contracts, renewals, and critical deadlines.
Liaise with brokers, investors, legal counsel, lenders, property managers, and vendors..
Financial & Data Management
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for properties and portfolios.
Maintain and organize confidential financial, legal, and property-related records.
Assist in preparing investor reports, deal summaries, and market analysis.
Project & Process Management
Manage special projects related to portfolio growth, asset optimization, or operational improvements.
Streamline administrative and operational processes to increase efficiency.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
Communication & Coordination
Draft and review professional correspondence, agreements, and internal communications.
Coordinate board meetings, investor meetings, and senior leadership sessions.
Take accurate meeting minutes and track action items.
