The Executive Assistant & Admin Executive provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, organizing office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance:
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion.
Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the management.
Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and other executive documentation.
Administrative Support:
Oversee office administration including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Manage documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks such as attendance records, reimbursements, and invoice processing.
Organize company events, meetings, and logistics as required.
Ensure adherence to office policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in an EA or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
