Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support
Act as a sounding board for the Director on business strategy, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
Conduct research, analyse data, and prepare executive briefs, reports, and presentations to aid decision-making.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments relevant to the Group's business verticals.
Support in evaluating potential partnerships, new ventures, and investment opportunities.
Business & Project Management
Drive and monitor strategic initiatives across multiple verticals, ensuring timely progress and execution.
Coordinate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with the Director's vision.
Review and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring accountability and timely closures.
Manage cross-functional projects, working as a project manager where required.
Leadership & Communication
Represent the Director in meetings, both internally and externally, when required.
Draft and review key communications, including speeches, business proposals, and investor decks.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster collaboration.
Operational Excellence
Ensure effective calendar management, prioritization of tasks, and optimization of the Director's time.
Anticipate business needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Implement systems and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency at the leadership level.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
MBA/PGDM (preferred) or bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Management, or related fields.
Experience:
3+ years in a strategic EA role, business strategy, consulting, or project management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and trustworthiness.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and business analysis.
Read and Analyse reports, contracts, agreements, investor proposals etc.
