to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for the executive.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
Handle confidential correspondence, communications, and documents with discretion.
Prepare presentations, reports, and business summaries as required.
Assist in travel planning, including flight bookings, visas, accommodation, and reimbursements.
Track key deliverables, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
Support in preparing and reviewing official communication, MOMs, and reports.
Undertake ad-hoc administrative or operational assignments as requested by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
Exposure to handling international communication and travel.
