Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless client interactions and order processing.
Prepare and process sales orders and quotations etc.
Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and maintain sales databases and records.
Ensure effective communication between departments involved in the sales process.
Monitor and report on sales performance and activities.
Coordinate with senior team members and the logistics department to streamline operations.
Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, reports and managing correspondence.
Ensure timely communication between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Support senior executives in organizing travel arrangements and managing calendars.
Handle any other tasks assigned by management to facilitate smooth business operations.

2-5 years of experience in client coordination, sales support, or executive assistance.

Prior experience in assisting senior executives is an added advantage.
