About the Role


We are seeking a proactive, organized, and dependable

Executive Assistant

to directly support our Managing Director. This pivotal role demands high levels of discretion, efficiency, and coordination to ensure the MD's time is optimally utilized across business priorities and personal responsibilities. Key Responsibilities


Calendar & Scheduling


Organize and manage the MD's calendar including meetings, appointments, and events
Prioritize tasks and coordinate time blocks across business, strategic, and personal engagements

Travel & Logistics


Plan and manage end-to-end travel itineraries (domestic and international), including bookings, transportation, and accommodation
Anticipate logistical needs and ensure seamless execution

Communication & Coordination


Manage emails, calls, and messages--drafting responses, following up, and filtering key information
Serve as the primary liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders

Operational Support


Maintain records, files, expense reports, and confidential documents with accuracy and discretion
Track ongoing initiatives and ensure timelines are met through proactive follow-ups
Support the MD in both business and select personal matters

What We're Looking For


Excellent command over English (verbal and written)
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Trustworthy and professional with the ability to handle sensitive information
Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), productivity tools, and travel/scheduling apps
Ability to take ownership, solve problems independently, and communicate clearly

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory)
0-3 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, administration, or coordination roles
Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply
