We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

to provide high-level administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will have

2+ years of experience in operations

, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Coordinate internal operations and follow up on action items across departments Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Assist in operational planning, process tracking, and execution Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required

Required Qualifications:



Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations or executive support roles

Strong technical knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
