Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal operations and follow up on action items across departments
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Assist in operational planning, process tracking, and execution
Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations or executive support roles
Strong technical knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools
