Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of Greenbio Products. The ideal candidate will be a male, with prior experience as an Executive Assistant or fresh graduate with excellent communication skills. The role involves managing the Managing Director's schedule, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Liaise with various departments and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Provide administrative support as required
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (freshers with excellent skills considered)
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
- Proficient in MS 365 and adaptive to new technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
