Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Assistant to Managing Director at APCO HYUNDAI located in Kozhikode. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Director, handling MIS, Management Coordination, secretarial tasks, managing communication, and arranging travel logistics.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA-HR or Finance
Minimum 3 years experience
Executive Assistance
Secretarial Skills including organizational abilities
Strong Communication skills for internal and external interactions
Experience in handling travel arrangements
Efficient time management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
