As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the right-hand person to our Managing Director, ensuring smooth operations and enabling him to focus on what matters most--leading Agarwal Estates to greater heights.
What You'll Do
:
Manage Executive Schedules
: Keep track of appointments, meetings, and deadlines so our leaders can focus on what's important.
Coordinate Meetings & Events
: From internal meetings to high-level events, you'll handle everything from scheduling to logistics, ensuring all goes smoothly.
Communication & Liaison
: Be the go-to person for communication between the executives and the rest of the company, clients, and partners.
Project Assistance
: Assist with special projects and initiatives by organizing information, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Administrative Support
: Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and handle day-to-day tasks that keep the leadership team functioning efficiently.
What You'll Need
:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as an executive assistant (or in a similar role).
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and think two steps ahead.
Comfort with handling confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
