The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Directors, ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities, meetings, travel, and communications. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Managing Directors' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Directors.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for management review.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth workflow and communication.
Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks.
Support event planning, board meetings, and corporate engagements as required.
Anticipate the needs of the Managing Directors and proactively handle responsibilities to optimize their efficiency.
