We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD). This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will act as a gatekeeper, liaison, and right hand to the MD, ensuring seamless business operations and efficient time management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper logistics and documentation.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Operational Support
Track and follow up on action items and deadlines.
Assist with strategic planning and execution of projects.
Coordinate with other departments and senior stakeholders.
Attend meetings (when required) and record meeting minutes'/action points.
Communication & Liaison
Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
Represent the MD in a professional and positive manner.
Travel & Expense Management
Organize complex travel itineraries and ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.
Manage expense reporting, reimbursements, and budgets related to the MD's office.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong Organizational Skills:
Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot conflicts, make informed decisions, and act proactively.
Adaptability:
Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Professionalism:
A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and punctuality.
Experience:
Demonstrable experience in executive-level administrative support, often with a preference for candidates with previous EA experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven
experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant
, preferably supporting C-suite or MD-level executives.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure with professionalism & high level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
