The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director is responsible for managing executive operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, handling administrative and sales reporting tasks, ensuring smooth office functioning, and supporting personal branding initiatives. The candidate
Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders for the Director.
Monitor and prioritize emails; ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
Handle domestic & international travel arrangements end-to-end.
B. Business Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with internal departments for task follow-ups and reporting.
Track action items & ensure timely updates to the Director.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly
MIS reports

C. Systems Knowledge (BCI & Automation)
Must understand

Able to manage trackers, dashboards, and system-driven workflows.
D. Social Media & Branding Support
Manage the Director's
LinkedIn profile and personal branding activities

Coordinate posts, comments, engagement, and content scheduling.
Work with designers or vendors for branding alignment.
E. Customer & Sales Coordination
Collect sales reports from sales teams.
Connect with top customers on behalf of the Director.
Maintain communication records and follow up on leads.
F. Vendor & Admin Management
Negotiate with vendors, compare quotes, finalize agreements.
Handle full office administration, housekeeping, and asset management.
Ensure smooth operations across all administrative functions.
G. Exhibition & Event Coordination
Manage company participation in expos, exhibitions & trade fairs.
Handle logistics, stall arrangements, materials & team coordination.
