Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the Director.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
Handle travel planning, logistics, and accommodation arrangements.
Track and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and project updates.
Organize and maintain documents, files, and confidential records.
Assist with operational tasks and support cross-department coordination.
Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Perform any additional administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.
