About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in day-to-day operations, coordination, and communication. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior leadership.
2.
Organize travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
3.
Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and professional correspondence.
4.
Prepare and circulate meeting minutes.
5.
Act as a point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
6.
Maintain confidential files, records, and documents securely.
7.
Coordinate with teams/departments for updates, reports, and project follow-ups.
8.
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
9.
Handle client communication and relationship management on behalf of senior leadership.
Requirements
Education Qualification:
Graduation and above.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Professional attitude with discretion in handling confidential matters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
