Coordinate and manage the Director's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Prioritize and reschedule meetings as needed, ensuring optimal use of the Director's time.
Communication & Correspondence:
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, proofread, and manage emails, memos, reports, and other documents.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Meeting Preparation & Support:
Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, document preparation, and note-taking.
Follow up on action items and deadlines discussed in meetings.
Administrative Support:
Manage expense reports, invoice processing, and purchasing requests.
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and contact databases.
Assist with project coordination and tracking deliverables.
Travel & Event Coordination:
Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and logistics.
Coordinate company events, off-site meetings, and conferences as needed.
