Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be mature, composed under pressure, and capable of managing a dynamic workload that includes administrative tasks, interdepartmental coordination, and support for strategic initiatives. Experience in stock management and warehouse operations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence. Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners. Coordinate activities across multiple departments, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups. Assist with stock management, warehouse operations, and related reporting. Prepare and manage presentations, reports, and documents for the MD. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Proactively anticipate the MD's needs and manage priorities efficiently, especially under pressure.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior management. Experience in stock management, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. High level of maturity, discretion, and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
