We are looking for a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to support our General Manager. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, schedule management, logistics and supply-chain coordination, communication, and help with decision-support and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar and schedule management for GM (meetings, calls, events)
Organising meetings, events, and travel/visits to outlets
Managing logistics and supply-chain coordination as required
Drafting emails, reports, and presentations -- in clear professional English (knowledge of Gujarati preferred)
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information
Preparing summaries, reports, and follow-ups to support GM decision-making
Coordinating with cross-functional departments and representing GM in internal and external interactions
Using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and ERP/CRM tools for documentation and communication
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal English; knowledge of Gujarati is preferred
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus
Experience in FMCG or D2C industries preferred (but not mandatory)
Work Environment & Location:
Full-time, on-site role at Vaishnodevi Circle, Ahmedabad.
Occasional travel for outlet visits or supply-chain coordination may be required.
