We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation.
Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in project management, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely completion.
Organize and maintain office files, databases, and records.
Support in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Monitor and manage email communications on behalf of executives when required.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
