Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Screen emails, calls, and papers; prioritize items requiring attention.
Prepare daily briefings, meeting notes, and follow-up trackers.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, expense reports, and itineraries.
2. Communication & Correspondence
Draft, review, and manage professional communications on behalf of the executive.
Maintain liaison with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate communication flow across departments.
3. Meeting & Event Management
Organize meetings, conferences, workshops, and senior leadership gatherings.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.
Track action items and ensure follow-up completion.
4. Administrative & Office Management
Maintain confidential files, documents, records, and approvals.
Support procurement, budgeting, and vendor coordination where required.
Handle logistics for office supplies, workstation arrangements, and admin support tasks.
5. Project & Task Coordination
Assist in monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional tasks and follow-up with teams.
Support leadership in strategic and operational initiatives.
6. Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
Demonstrate professional behavior and proactive problem-solving.
Uphold organizational policies and compliance requirements.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, HR, or related field.
MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
Experience Requirements
2-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative support role.
Experience in supporting senior or C-suite executives preferred.
Exposure to multinational or dynamic corporate environments is an advantage.
