We are hiring an Executive Assistant to Founders to manage coordination, documentation, data entry and communication across multiple projects. The role requires professionalism, discipline, and a long-term commitment to grow with the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and emails

Maintain records, reports, and daily task updates

Prepare presentations, financial summaries, and correspondence

Manage data entry and file organization

Follow up on assigned actions and deadlines
Skills & Proficiencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge

Data entry and office administration skills

Time management and multitasking ability

Confidential and proactive work approach
Qualification: MBA in General Management (preferred background in Finance or Administration)

System Requirements:

Must have a laptop or desktop with a webcam/camera

Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps recommended)

Continuous power supply for uninterrupted work
Compensation:

Gross Salary: ₹15,000-20,000/month
Fixed: 70%

Variable (Performance-based) 30%

Incentives & ESOPs: After 1 year of successful completion
