Manage calendar, meetings, and high-priority follow-ups.
Anticipate needs, prep materials, and ensure the Founder is always two steps ahead.
Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive decisions with discretion.
2? Business Coordination & Corporate Outreach
Support client outreach, proposals, and relationship management.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners -- ensuring smooth execution.
Assist with LinkedIn outreach, business pitches, and presentation prep.
3? Operational Excellence
Build structure across recruitment, marketing, and people ops.
Keep projects moving -- tracking deliverables and ensuring accountability.
Support team hiring, onboarding, and documentation as needed.
4? Strategic & Personal Assistance
Handle key administrative and personal priorities for the Founder.
Research, draft reports, or presentations for strategic meetings.
Manage logistics, events, and communication with clarity and tact.
