Manage calendars, meetings, and daily schedules Coordinate with clients, investors, and internal teams Handle travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics Track follow-ups, action items, and meeting outcomes Draft emails, documents, and business communication Support cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution

Requirements:



Strong communication and coordination skills Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office Experience as EA, Founder's Office, or Admin Coordinator
