We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Executive Assistant

to support a Senior Partner at our law firm. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing high-level administrative functions and coordinating professional schedules in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and coordinate the Partner's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel. Prepare and format legal documents, briefs, reports, and presentations. Liaise with clients, external counsels, courts, and internal teams on behalf of the Partner. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and legal documents. Track deadlines, hearings, and case schedules. Provide general administrative support and task follow-ups.

Candidate Profile:



Graduate in any discipline; legal exposure is an advantage. 3-6 years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a legal or professional services firm. Strong command of English; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Compensation:

As per industry standards.

Joining:

Immediate or within 30 days preferred.
