About the role



Recruiting Genie LLP is a founder-led recruitment firm specializing in fast, transparent, and agile hiring solutions for startups and growing businesses. As the Executive Assistant to the Founder (Founder's Office), you will be the first hire working directly with the Founder.

This is a multi-disciplinary role covering recruitment, client communication, research, operations, and personal assistance. You will act as the Founder's right hand, ensuring smooth execution of both business and personal priorities. The position offers direct exposure to entrepreneurship, decision-making, and business growth, while managing responsibilities such as recruitment support, client coordination, reports, schedules, and travel (in and out of the city) -- all with a high level of trust and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment Support

- sourcing, screening, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Client Assistance

- drafting JDs/proposals, handling emails, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Research & Reporting

- market research and preparing decision-making reports.

Content & Branding

- LinkedIn posts, mailers, and basic marketing material.

Operations & Admin

- expense tracking, vendor coordination, and smooth daily operations.

Founder's Support

- managing calendar, travel (in/out of city), and coordination of professional & personal commitments to ensure smooth functioning, with a high degree of trust and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For



Graduate (any stream); freshers welcome.

Strong English communication (spoken & written).

Good skills in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Reliable, organized, and adaptable to a founder-only work environment.

Trustworthy, discreet, and willing to take ownership across multiple areas.
