The Executive Assistant to the Founder will work closely with the Founder to manage priorities, structure daily workflows, and ensure that discussions, decisions, and ideas are converted into clear actions and follow-ups.
This role requires discretion, strong organisational skills, and the ability to think ahead. The EA will act as the Founder's execution partner--helping bring order, clarity, and momentum to a fast-growing, multi-vertical organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Founder Support & Priority Management
Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule
Prepare agendas, talking points, and background notes for meetings
Capture key decisions and action items from discussions
Ensure timely follow-ups on all commitments made by the Founder
Execution & Follow-Ups
Convert discussions into task lists with owners and timelines
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups
Track progress and escalate delays or gaps proactively
Maintain simple trackers and weekly action dashboards
Communication & Coordination
Act as a communication bridge between the Founder and internal teams
Draft emails, messages, summaries, and internal communication when required
Coordinate meetings, reviews, and follow-up discussions
Ensure clarity of instructions and expectations across teams
Administrative & Operational Support
Organise documents, files, and basic reports for easy access
Assist in preparing presentations, notes, and review material
Support ad-hoc founder-led initiatives and short-term projects
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Ideal Candidate Profile
minimum 8 years experience as an Executive Assistant to a Founder, CXO, or Director
Strong organisational, follow-up, and communication skills
High level of discretion, maturity, and professional judgement
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Workspace, presentations, and messaging tools
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure
