Key Responsibilities:

Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required
Maintain confidential records and data with accuracy
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Requirements:
Graduate with 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Highly organized with attention to detail and discretion
Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
