Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings, refreshments, and technical support.
Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the executive when required.
Maintain efficient documentation and filing systems.
Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Assist in personal errands and tasks when necessary.
