We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive support to our Director. The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, communications, travel arrangements, and act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Monitor and prioritize emails and other communications on behalf of the Director.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate travel logistics, accommodation, and expense reports.
Assist in project management and tracking deliverables on behalf of the Director.
Ensure smooth office operations and support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
