HAN Agrocare LLP is a rapidly scaling, women-led agritech and wellness enterprise dedicated to sustainable livelihoods and market innovation. We are looking for a high-impact Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our senior leadership.

This is not a traditional "admin" role. It is designed for a proactive professional who wants to sit at the intersection of leadership and execution. You will gain direct exposure to high-level decision-making while ensuring our operational engine runs with precision. Key Responsibilities



Strategic Support: Act as a force multiplier for senior leadership, managing complex calendars, high-stakes travel logistics, and prioritized communications.

Operational Orchestration: Drive project timelines by tracking action items, deadlines, and deliverables across internal teams to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Business Intelligence: Prepare sophisticated business reports, board-level presentations, and internal briefs that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as a professional liaison between leadership and global partners, vendors, and clients, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-up.

Growth Support: Assist in business development by maintaining CRM hygiene, coordinating outreach, and organizing high-level corporate events and training programs.

Process Excellence: Continuously audit and improve internal workflows and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.

Candidate Profile



Education: Graduate degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Experience: 1-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Operations Lead--ideally within a high-growth startup environment.

Linguistic Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written command of both English and Hindi.

Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and CRM management.

The "X-Factor": A proactive, "ownership-first" mindset.

Unshakeable discretion and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
The ability to anticipate needs before they are articulated.
