We are seeking a highly dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant (EA)
to work directly with our Director. This is a unique and high-impact role that blends
professional operations management
with
personal/family support
, ensuring that the Director's time is spent on the highest-value priorities.
You will act as a
trusted right hand
to the Director--coordinating with staff, vendors, parents, and family members--while managing a variety of tasks ranging from business follow-ups to household logistics.
Key Responsibilities
l Manage the Director's
calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities
to ensure smooth scheduling and zero conflicts.
l Liaise with
staff (20+ members)
, vendors, accountants, and parents as directed.
l Oversee
personal and family logistics
including school/tutor coordination, errands, bills, insurance, online orders, and event planning.
l Ensure
timely completion
of assignments, communications, and follow-ups.
l Organize
office events, celebrations, and recognition activities
.
l Track and manage operational workflows -- salary slips, documentation, and communication flows.
l
Anticipate needs
and act proactively, reducing the need for reminders.
l Maintain
confidentiality, discretion, and trust
at all times.
