We are seeking a proactive

Manager - Operations

to work closely with the

Director of Operations

in driving key business initiatives, managing pilot projects, and improving operational efficiency across stores and supply chain functions.
This role suits professionals with a

retail operations or business strategy background

who can blend analytical insight with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the operations link between the Director's Office and business functions (store ops, procurement, logistics, HR, finance). Manage and track

key operational and pilot projects

, ensuring timely completion and measurable outcomes. Prepare and present

operations dashboards, MIS, and analytical reports

for management reviews. Support process improvement and standardization initiatives across stores and regions. Coordinate and monitor

store rollout projects, vendor evaluations, and efficiency programs.

Follow up on action items from management meetings and ensure inter-departmental closure. Conduct operational research, benchmarking, and documentation for decision support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
