Handling emails, phone calls, and other communication, prioritizing tasks and ensuring the director receives timely and relevant information.

Travel Arrangements:

Booking flights, hotels, and other travel logistics.

Administrative Support:

Typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintaining filing systems and contact databases.

Report Preparation:

Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for the director.

Confidentiality:

Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
