We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional
Executive Assistant to the Director
who will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will act as the right hand to the Director, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, and business priorities, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, draft minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials and reports.
Track and manage project deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and other executive documents.
Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handle them when appropriate.
Organize events, conferences, and team activities as required.
Maintain professional relationships and act as a point of contact between the Director and other departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
