About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven

Executive Assistant to the Director

who will handle strategic, operational, and marketing functions for multiple real estate projects. The role requires strong coordination skills, leadership mindset, and the ability to work closely with the Director on high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic & Operational Management



Work directly with the Director on

planning, execution, and monitoring

of large-scale real estate projects. Coordinate with

architects, consultants, PMC teams, contractors, and internal departments

. Track

project timelines, work schedules, KPIs, budgets, and deliverables

. Identify risks and delays and ensure timely follow-ups for completion. Assist in implementation of

ERP systems, AI tools, and digital platforms

to improve operations. Maintain and manage all sensitive project documentation, approvals, and reports.

2. Marketing & Branding Support



Support development and execution of

marketing strategies

for new launches and ongoing projects. Coordinate with marketing agencies for: Digital campaigns Offline advertisements PR activities Events & project launch activities Collateral design (brochures, hoardings, ads) Review marketing creatives and provide feedback for improvements. Monitor campaign performance and share

weekly/monthly marketing reports

with management. Assist in

product positioning, pricing insights, and GTM strategy planning

.

3. Sales Coordination & MIS Reporting



Prepare

weekly/monthly sales MIS reports

for management. Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, pipeline, conversions, and targets. Work with HR to support

recruitment, onboarding, and training

of sales team members. Improve communication flow between

sales, marketing, post-sales, and CRM teams

.

4. Customer Experience & Post-Sales Support



Create and streamline

SOPs for pre-sales and post-sales customer journey

. Work closely with the post-sales team to ensure timely documentation and customer updates. Coordinate with the collection team to maintain

low accounts receivables

and ensure timely payments. Support customer meetings, events, and client interactions when required.

5. Administrative & Leadership Support



Act as the Director's

strategic partner

, managing schedules, follow-ups, and key action items. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Support internal communication and ensure smooth coordination across departments. Continuously identify process gaps and recommend

improvements to increase efficiency

.

Desired Candidate Profile



B.E + MBA (Marketing preferred) 5-10 years of experience in

real estate operations, marketing, or project coordination

. Strong communication, analytical, and execution skills. High ownership, discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive personality.
