About the Role:
NNM Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the smooth functioning of our administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and contribute to cross-departmental processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Record Management: Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and easy accessibility. Inter-Departmental Coordination: Serve as a communication bridge between various departments to facilitate timely information flow, task follow-up, and process execution.
Communication Handling: Manage internal and external communications, including emails, calls, messages, and inquiries, ensuring professional and prompt responses.
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, arranging internal events, and ensuring proper calendar alignment for the department.
Operational Support: Provide assistance in day-to-day office operations, including resource management, vendor coordination, and administrative support to different teams.
Process Management: Support the implementation and monitoring of office procedures, ensuring consistent adherence to organizational standards and efficiency goals.
Data Entry & Reporting: Enter, update, and maintain administrative data in internal systems and assist in preparing routine reports or summaries as needed.
General Office Support: Handle basic office tasks such as printing, scanning, preparing documents, tracking inventory, and supporting housekeeping and facility-related requirements when necessary.
